Help Desk Manager
Roles and responsibilities:
- You will lead, organize and supervise communication with
company current and potential customers;
- Mailing and phone calls to current and potential customers;
- Individual communication with prospects.
Job requirements:
- Experience with Forex Market and Stock Exchange will be an
advantage;
- Good written and spoken English literacy is required;
- Knowledge of Russian language will be an advantage;
- University degree in economics/business or related areas.

- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Pro-active and punctual working attitude;
- Accurate, flexible and persistent;
- Looking for opportunities and realizing goals;
